When you create a trip, you may provide a destination, budget, duration, number of travelers and travel interests. When contacting support, you may provide your name, email address and message.
How information is used
We use the information you provide to generate itineraries, retrieve destination recommendations, display maps, operate the website, prevent abuse and respond to support requests.
AI and external services
Trip details may be processed by artificial intelligence and mapping providers to generate an itinerary and retrieve destination information. Our current service providers may include OpenAI, Geoapify, Neon, Resend and hosting or infrastructure providers.
Saved trips
Trips saved through My Trips are stored locally in your browser. Trip files imported through the website are read in your browser and are not uploaded to our server by the import feature.
Database records
Generated trips and their related itinerary information may be stored in our database so that the trip page and its associated recommendations remain accessible.
Cookies and local storage
TriporaMax may use essential browser storage for features such as saved trips, preferences, security and website functionality.
Data security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information. However, no online service, network or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
Information may be retained for as long as required to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes or comply with applicable obligations. Locally saved trips remain in your browser until you remove them or clear browser storage.
Your choices
You may remove locally saved trips through My Trips. You may also contact us to ask questions about information associated with a support request or trip.
